Who is Cameron Smith’s wife? Dating life explored

On the final day of the 2022 Masters, Cameron Smith hit two birdies to close up to within one shot of leader Scottie Scheffler. The pressure was on, but Smith crumbled, ending the Masters tournament tied for third. He’s always played well at the Augusta National, finishing in the top-five in his last six appearances, but hasn’t shown the edge to emerge first.

Aside from his Masters disappointment, Smith has enjoyed a stellar 2022, winning the Sentry Tournament of Champions in Hawaii and The Players Championship.

He’s enjoyed support from his loyal fans and his new girlfriend. Smith isn’t married and seems to be dating Shanel Naoum.

Cameron and his girlfriend Shanel Naoum first appeared together at the Players Championship

Cameron and his new boo Shanel Naoum first appeared together at the Players Championship in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Smith posed with his trophy alongside the gorgeous Naoum.

We know little about Shanel except that she is a Jacksonville, Florida, resident. The Aussie golfer also lives in Jacksonville, so we assume the couple met through mutual friends or interests in the area.

Shanel was born on 29th October 1996 to Thair and Leen Naoum and grew up alongside her brother Ronaldo. Naoum studied at the Atlantic Coast High School.

Chanel is a chiropractic physician, per her LinkedIn page. She studied public health at the University of North Florida and graduated in 2018.

She then joined the Palmer College of Chiropractic, where she graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic.

It’s unclear when Cameron broke up with ex-girlfriend Jordan Ontiveros

Cameron Smith was previously dating ex-golfer Jordan Ontiveros. The pair started dating sometime in 2016.

Being a former golfer, Jordan enjoyed supporting Cameron during tournaments. Ontiveros started playing golf aged six and played on the Symetra Tour, which is the LPGA’s developmental program.

Ontiveros often practiced with Cameron at TPC Sawgrass, the course where Smith won the Players Championship. Her social media posts show that she enjoyed fishing, working out, and hunting.

Jordan’s Facebook page reveals she and Cameron were still dating in August 2020. The couple probably spent the quarantine period together in Florida. She captioned an August 2020 post:

“Happy Birthday to My amazing man! Over the years I have seen you fall, and get back up numerous times and have seen you become this Man you are today, someone who is caring, selfless, hardworking, headstrong, supportive, understand, loving and beyond talented Man. I love you with everything I have and more booboos.”

The couply photos and captions dried up after that touching post, so we suspect the breakup happened sometime in late 2020.
